six6ss Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an account with six6ss, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. six6ss strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, scripts, and automated systems may not register accounts on six6ss.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other nominated payment method.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction placed by six6ss or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person in opening or operating the account.

six6ss conducts identity verification checks on new and existing accounts. You agree to provide any supporting documentation requested — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill — within the time frame specified by our compliance team. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each person may hold only one (1) registered account with six6ss. Where duplicate accounts are identified, six6ss reserves the right to merge, close, or permanently ban the duplicate account(s) and to void any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with them. The original account may also be subject to review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six6ss username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share these credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

six6ss will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from six6ss that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

You agree to notify six6ss immediately upon becoming aware or reasonably suspecting that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Notification must be made via the live chat support function available on the Platform. In the event of unauthorised access, six6ss will work with you to secure the account; however, six6ss accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. We recommend a minimum of 10 characters combining upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable any two-factor authentication (2FA) option made available by the Platform.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Regularly update your password, especially if you suspect it may have been compromised.

six6ss reserves the right to lock or suspend an account where unusual or potentially fraudulent access patterns are detected, pending investigation. We will endeavour to notify the account holder via their registered mobile number in such circumstances.

six6ss supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier interface at the time of transaction.

• Deposit timing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your six6ss account within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited.

• Own funds requirement: You may only deposit funds that are legally your own. six6ss does not accept deposits made from funds acquired through illegal means. • No third-party payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash wallet, bank account, etc.) that is registered in your own name. Six6ss does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same method and account used for deposit where technically feasible.
• Transaction fees: six6ss does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. six6ss is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

six6ss reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds declaration. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure and is not intended to unreasonably delay legitimate withdrawal requests.

six6ss offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotional page. The general rules set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page (e.g., a 25x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳25,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed). Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.

six6ss is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or other automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any such vulnerability must be reported to six6ss immediately; exploiting a known vulnerability constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Where six6ss reasonably determines that a player has engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all bets and bonuses, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies. Decisions made by six6ss regarding breach of fair play rules are final.

Any unauthorised use of six6ss intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also infringe applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. six6ss reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

The six6ss Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, and error-free operation, six6ss does not warrant that the Platform will be free from technical faults, downtime, data loss, or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, internet service disruptions, or acts of God.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6ss expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall six6ss, its directors, employees, agents, or technology partners be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform unavailability or technical errors.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Game outcomes, which are governed entirely by certified RNG systems outside six6ss's direct control once a game round is initiated.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners) that result in delayed, failed, or incorrect transactions.

Nothing in these Terms limits six6ss's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

six6ss may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or if continued provision of services to you creates legal or regulatory risk for the Platform. Upon termination for breach, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and six6ss with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion or game terms, the specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be handled in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. six6ss will endeavour in good faith to reach a fair and timely resolution of any player complaint. All decisions by six6ss regarding account balances, game outcomes, and Terms interpretations, made in good faith, are final and binding.
